Migrating our WordPress blog posts for XenForo 2.2 + Other XenForo Related Tasks

Currently we are using a WP multisite linked to XF1.5 via bd-api. We want to switch to a single WP site in the root directory linked to XF2.2 using Xpress 1.) Import the WP blog posts from the multisite to a clean WP single site We have an xml of the WP blog posts from our live site obtained using the WP export tool.  The original wp database is present as 'tmc_wp_multi'. The blog tables have the prefix 'wp_' Probably need to preserve the post ids. 2.) make sure all title and embedded images display properly. All the original attachments remain in the '/Volumes/www/wp_content/uploads/' directory. 3.) Link the WP blog posts with their XF comment threads in the XF2.2 install with XPress. We have an importer that was supposed to work with our multisite. Please make a modified version that will work with this clean WP install. We have plenty of other tasks to work on that are related to xenforo and XCart, but we can start with the above.
