OS Commerce Re-Design

I have an existing OS Commerce site that is need of a make-over. Please make this template oriented, so I can upload the new design as a new template (with installation instructions). Here is what I want from a design stand point: Nice clean design Careful use of white space Original graphics - moderate flash is ok - but that's up to the designer on the limited budget that I have for this project. "Racey" looking website design. I haven't found a very good 'race car' website yet that didn't require a development team and a $5000 budget. There are a lot of stores that sell parts online, like this one, and they all have cruddy race car designs. I want this to be the nicest one around without spending a fortune on it. You can: Use the banner that is currently on the site (ask for the .psd if you would like to play with it). Totally come up with a new banner and logo design if you wish. Use an existing template and alter the design and graphics. Change the layout. Use your imagination until you have something that is impressive, I will not limit you on much when it comes to the design for this site. You cannot: Use template graphics (unless they are the buttons/icons). Rip-off someone elses design and graphics. Use Trade Marked or Copywritten race cars as part of your design. Feel free to use a Nascar race-car - just make certain that the sponsors and number on the side of the car are changed so that no trademarks are violated. I would like to see example concepts in photoshop prior to picking a bid winner. I know this is a lot on a very limited budget, but if all goes well, then I very well may throw other sites at you for redesign work. I will be getting contracts for several other sites and will not be able to take on all of the designs by myself, so I hope to start a small relationship with whomever works on this project with me.
