Web Design - Format and Layout

Hello All, I need an experience web designer/Photoshop/html person to layout my design from Photoshop to the web. What I am asking is not hard but I need someone experience to do the job correctly. You need to be experienced in; HTML Photoshop (you need to know how to slice and convert to web) Flash/Flowplayer (there is not much flash to the site I just need it to run better) Web design You will be not designing or creating anything! I have my own designer doing this.. You will just be getting the files and converting it to web.. seamlessly and smoothly, making sure in runs in all browsers without any glitches. You will not be responsible for the CRM software scripts (where the people put in their information) - I have a person for this Here is the site and what needs to be done; MusclePm dot com 1. top right Flowplayer works and runs bad need to have it redone, it also has to have a scene display instead of it being black, bottom controls need to be gone. 2. Middle Flowplayer needs to have a scene display instead of it being black and bottom controls removed 3. Flash graphs need to run smoother, you may have to reduce the file size for this, but still needs to look good. 4. Add and remove pictures and design in the site and have it optimize for smooth browser use - All Photoshop and/or files will be given to you and you don’t have to redesign - very simple Their are more stuff in the site that needs to be redone but its pretty much the same as the above; remove this, add that, upload this, optimize that and so on.. It would be best that I have you for a month for my needs since I have so many other people that are working on the site.. for instance; Once I have you layout the design I need to go to my merchant for approval then get with the CRM guy to do his thing and back to you to optimize it or redo some of the pictures and stuff.. It will not take you long and its fairly simple but some things might not be ready to do for a week or so... overall it might take you a full 4-5 hours but I need that spread out for a month.. If you have a better idea, pleas let me know! Also, if you do this (correctly/quality) I will make sure you get the best feedback! Thanks
