Flash CS3 and Adobe Illustrator Technical Manual and Tutorial

I am looking for a graphics guru to help me design and write an Adobe Flash CS3 and Adobe Illustrator CS3 training manual. Before you bid on this project, you must be an expert on Flash CS3 and Adobe Illustrator CS3, have very good English writing skills, and be able to show me samples of your English writing and your design skills. Failure to show me your skill in language or technical skills will result in your bid being hidden and ignored. Creating a training manual will be very difficult so you must know each application in and out. You will be responsible for writing all the text and training material, providing the "exercise" files which will be used in the training and proof-reading and revising the document. since the length of the manual is not known and is dependent on your writing and teaching style, your bid will be for 50 pages of the manual. (most likely, the manual will be from 200-300 pages) Plagarism is not acceptable and all work will be checked with Copyscape to ensure originality. I can provide resources with which you can draw upon to assist in the technical manual creation, but they must not be copied in any way. I prefer freelancers from Romania as their English skills are often quite good and very close to American English as are their technical skills. Delivery of the manual is expected within 4-6 weeks of selection of bid. If you can't deliver within that time-frame or have other obligations and responsiblities, don't waste my time and bid on this project. Bid on something you can handle! That means delivery of 50 pages or so a week! within 1 week, I will know if you are capable and if you aren't, then you are gone. Payment will be through Paypal, GAF escrow, wire, or other convenient methods.
