A Small Town Commerce Committee In Australia who are revamping promotions/marketing about our town and surrounding district. We require a dedicated, efficient, self motivated person to actively promote our town via social media, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Website and Weekly scheduled email mail outs. Your task would be: • Post to social media 5 - 15 times per week with Business and Events information, special offers etc. • Content: Continually email and contact business and community groups asking for info on their upcoming promotions and events, use this information to create posts for Social media and eventually website marketing/management. • Monitor feedback and comments to delete unwanted comments and block sources etc. • Create Group Specific Newsletters to send to each group (Business – Community Groups – Friends of). • Create a specific schedule of emails to each individual group. • Use our contact list via Dropbox to create a mailout to all potential members. • Continually scrape the web and social media pages looking for events and promotions in our area ……. When a event or promotion is found contact administrator and ask if they would like to be listed on our sites, collect information and list/post, if non members or usage has expired inform customer of costs involved (with options) and arrange invoice with Treasurer of Numurkah – Love Our Lifestyle. • Use photos supplied via Dropbox, edit and crop to suit use and rename photos with specific words in the wording to assist presence on Google Search. • When you see a advantage to use Paid Marketing - Research, report to Manager and if approved use Paid Facebook/Social media marketing. • Assist to set up POI on Google maps ….. use these links when posting to social media so visitors can easily get directions through Google Maps. • Use Dropbox for filing and recording of all documents, photos, campaigns etc. • Use Norton Anti-Virus on all devices connected to our sites. • Use Freelancer.com for all payments and monitoring of work practices. • Agree to and sign confidentiality agreement in regard to all information associated to Numurkah – Love Our Lifestyle.
