My company has a remote site that requires employees to be flown in from various places in Canada. As we currently have it, there are several marshalling points where employees come to and are picked up by a company charter plane and brought to the remote site. I need analysis on whether it may be better to eliminate a couple of the marshalling points and pay the employees to come to one location via commercial air and then bus them or fly them to the work site. I will also need to determine which of the pick up points would be best to keep based on the number of employees from each area of the country.

I have next idea:create bunch of simultaneous that will take next variables - position of each point, distance to each point, price of commercial flights, price of your flight for different scenarios.
