Sir, your project seems to be handling a lot of structured data and scheduling based on simple logic linked to dates and duration. As per my understanding of your requirement, you need one click or maybe a few clicks solution to get the schedule prepared from the database fed in spreadsheet format. This can be achieved, given that all the data is fed in a tabular format. Excel would then fetch dates and timing and sort them in order.
