Hello You are looking to develop a resource allocation model/tool using Microsoft Excel and VBA. The resource allocation tool is to be used as a proof of concept. The premise is that there are two (2) distinct rail lines and four (4) existing types of trains and two (2) types of new trains that will be introduced in the near future (replacing an existing train type). The tool is to allocate the trains over a two-year period e.g. Jan 2019 – Dec 2020.
