• Health check of chart of accounts and assessment of accounts that are created and required. Yes please • Removal of all bank entries for now from the Quick Books. • Categorization of transactions in bank statement CSV that is provided. Ask if you need any further assistance with this? • Identifying the movement within both companies and proper accounting for those transactions. • Creation of expense and other transactions accounting in excel. • Re-categorization and accounting. • Recording of Bills (expenses) in Quick Books after approval and creation of new vendors, if required • Recording of invoices in Quick Book and creation of new customers, if required. Yes please ask if you need me to adjust revise the list of customer currently listed in Quickbooks? • Matching and application of payments towards the sales invoices • Matching and application of payment towards the vendors listed • Updating payroll against employees and employee creation if required. • Reconciliation with the bank statement with the Quick Books balance at the ending period. • Making adjustment entries if required after reconciliation. • Accounts preparation after reconciliation.
