We are a small business that is trying to implement a new inventory tracking process using QR codes in conjunction with Excel. What we want: Ability to mass create QR Codes from Excel data Include 5 lines of data per code, each on a separate line within the same Excel cell which will stay on separate lines when scanned into Excel Create each code image individually in a folder Write the first line of data (product name) under each QR code so each sticker can be identified without having to scan it We have some existing VBA code which meets most of our required needs: Allows mass creation of QR codes Creates the QR code images individually in a folder Writes data under the QR Code images But it does not provide: use of the full ASCII character set write only the first line of text for the product name maintain separate lines of text in the same cell (i.e. embed alt+enter result when scanning the QR code into excel) Write the name of the product under the code

Hi There! I tried to play around your macro and I was able to fix the multi line problem. The reason is that you cannot have a filename with multi line texts. In order for this to work, you need to add "%0A" in the google API URL. Regarding the Ascii character, it doesn't accept the " because youre not allowed to have a file name with quotations.
