mailing lists

I need the services of someone familiar with Microsoft Excel, the ability to pull data from google map, the white pages, create a mailing list, which will show tracking and mailing. My business is copying fine art masterpieces in oil. I am expanding my business, by developing mailing lists of targeted professions in selected suburbs and zip codes. I am currently looking to start by assembling Microsoft Excel lists of some of the richest suburbs around Chicago for direct mailings. If you agree to work for me ,hourly, you do need to sign a confidentiality waiver and not reveal or copy our work. I then need the infomation, as much as you can retrieve, transfered to labels I can print. My previous Excel Spread sheet formatted in the following format, all information in capital letters: A, Blank Space/ B, “Dr.”/C, “ First Name”/D,” Middle Initial”/E, “Last Name and Degree”/F, “Name of Company or Hospital”/ G, “Title, Company Name, Affiliation, or this area may be blank ”/H, “Street Address”/ I, “City”/J, “State”/K, “Zip Code”/ L, “Race”/M, “Gender”/ N, “Other, Hospital association” I am not the expert, you are, so I seek someone with experience in finding accurate information on something like google map, as well as identifying and listing the owners of expensive homes to create mailing lists for my business.
