I am interested in the data entry job as advertised in Freelancer. I was formerly employed as Client Support Specialist for Majors Accounts-Payroll in ADP Philippines. I believe that the skills and experiences I have gained at this position make me an ideal candidate for the job of virtual assistant.
As a point of contact and queue lead in the Tier 2 team of Major Accounts- Payroll, I have developed writing and editing skills. For example, my managers have tasked me to polish and contribute to our Internal Process Documents for our Team; send reports and trackers of our team’s overtime hours, count of closed cases, assign cases from the queue, and send completion reports; create materials for presentations whenever we train for new Tier 2 specialists, as well as materials for supporting newhire Tier 1 training.
I used to utilize and build management reports and spreadsheets for benefit accruals analysis and investigate where an accrual has stopped for an employee.
