You must create more or less 1100 excel files using the supplied TEMPLATE files.
In the "Inventory [login to view URL]" file, in the column B NAME OF TEMPLATE FILE TO USE, it is written what is the template to use to create the file.
In the "[login to view URL] Inventory" file, in yellow, A, D, F, G, H,. I columns highlight the values that are to be replaced within the files.
File names should return the XXX Code of column A of the "Inventory [login to view URL]" file.
In addition to this, fill out the "Inventory 1001-2000" file as an example in the first lines with YYY 1054 1055 1056 with the progressive numbering in XXX column D. So add the 2 Rows for each YYY code in Column C Compo, Poster
For each code there is a row in column C "poster" and column E “mockup ancora da fare” to be included in the "inventory [login to view URL]" file but no files need to be created from templates only in "inventory [login to view URL]" file you have to write a rows for each code.
Beware the values in column A YYY are not always progressive, sometimes values are skipped, for example, values from 1201 to 1210 do not exist.
Caution, as a reference from the "Inventory 1001-2000" file, some codes have the column G DESCRIZIONE empty, without text, and in the files that have to be empty.
Example:
from inventory file [login to view URL], in the excel file 1929 must have it inside:
where is written "XXX" the value must be “1929"
where is written "ZZZ" the value must be "MODA VOGUE Illustration - Fashion Cool Week"
where is written "YYY" the value must be "1054"
where is written "QQQ-QQQ" the value must be "1001-2000"
where is written “DESCRIZIONE” the value must be "Il termine moda … …" WARNING IN SOME FILE THAT VALUE WILL BE EMPTY, refer to the inventory file [login to view URL]
where is written “KKK” the value must be "1054"
Files should always go back to the same excel version of the templates provided and without any changes to the file's content.
