We are a nursing home for the elderly and have a call bell system with which residents can push a button to call for attention to their room.
I can export the data from my device giving a specific time and date from and to. Data entry can be:
We have 40 bedrooms (1-41 with no13 omitted) + some extra rooms. A list of rooms is attached.
Bodiam 1st floor
Arundel & Bramber G floor
Pevensey & Lewes LG Floor
Types of call that can be made are also attached.
A "call" is made from a call point.
A staff member can "accept" this call from the corridor to snooze the call, after 2 minutes it will "call" again.
Once at the call point the staff press the button once to signify "present" and assists the resident.
The staff member can press call again to ring for "assistance" so a second staff member comes to help once the second staff arrives this call goes back to "present".
Once finished the staff will press the button again to "reset" the call.
An "emergency" call can also been made from a call point, the same procedure is followed as above except it can not be "accept"ed.
When in room a staff can press the button to signify "present" and "reset" without making a call to log their presence on the system.
I am looking for the ability to use this export once a week and for a report to be produced (with graphs where possible) for daily & weekly monitoring split by shift
0730-1430 AM shift
1430-2130 PM shift
2130-0730 Night shift
Number of calls made per address per day / total for the week
Longest wait time for a call to be present (split by floors and for the whole building) per day / for the week
Average wait time for a call to be present (split by floors and for the whole building) per day / for the week
Longest wait time for a call to reset (split by floors and for the whole building) per day / for the week
Average wait time for a call to reset (split by floors and for the whole building) per day / for the week
Longest time present in the room (split by floors and for the whole building) per day / for the week
Monitoring of how long it has taken to answer the front door.
etc. Useful information to allow management to monitor wait times and assess what happened with who is working on the floor.
Note sometimes staff do not use the system properly and will leave a call in "present" especially for the front door.
