General Description of Task.
Using the attached spreadsheet and the information provided in the attached document. The job is to enhance the attached excel file by creating a dynamic and interactive radial heat map, org hierarchy chart, strategic goals list, and organizational risk management monitoring tool. This will include creating multiple input forms, advanced macros, and calculations. The product should be delivered in macro-enabled MS Excel file but I will consider other formats as well. If you do not think excel is the best tool for this, please recommend a different tool and explain your approach and I will decide before awarding the work.
