Unique furniture is currently seeking a Customer service representative to handle Phone Support and complaints. This person will be responsible for taking clients calls and responding to requests for information and support. There will be significant data entry along with the client support role. The Applying candidate must have excellent communication skills and a positive attitude to support clients. Experience in customer service and data entry is expected. An ability to multitask and work efficiently and accurately in a high paced environment is important. A background in finance , book keeping , Microsoft office is a plus . N.B: Due to the current times, training will be virtual and work will likely continue as work-from-home for the foreseeable future. There is a strong likelihood employees will be required to return to an office environment at the end of the current season and as current guidelines change - for this reason, only local candidates will be considered for hire.
