I am in process of compiling hundreds (potentially thousands) of customer prospect records which are not assigned or saved into a formal CRM just yet. I need help combining these records from multiple sources (Outlook contacts, business cards, spreadsheets) into one excel spreadsheet indicating business name, contact name, contact title, business and cell phone numbers, email address and physical address. From there marketing outreach messages will be written and I want this same freelancer to deploy email campaigns from my email address to my list. Eventually these campaigns and all the contacts will be merged into a formal CRM program (which I have not fully researched yet). All suggestions for an adequate CRM to track and monitor ongoing processes with prospects and customers under contract are welcome too, as this would be an ongoing project relationship with a freelancer who enjoys and excels at this work.

Hello. I will create an Excel template in which you will manage your email marketing contacts. I can consolidate your data, and even write a macro to send individual emails via Outlook. But for bulk emails you will need an external service (like mailchimp, mailerlite etc.) If you only need this for emailing are you sure you need a CRM software?
