Create a report on XLS file using a macro

Hello people, i need to add a macro on a Excel file in order to create a report on XLS and/or PDF format where to show desired results according to needed criteria. This report will be created after clicking a button and it will show a grid with results. All data is already added to file and extracted to my DB: i only need to elaborate these informations and create a report (it must be possible to select output format XLS or PDF). DASHBOARD --> Create a selectable calendar near Order Delivery Time --> Create output format selector for the report (PDF or XLS) --> Create a button to start the macro and create the desired report on a separate file LAN_ORDERS --> DB query results (no modifications needed) LAN_POP_PRODUCTS --> Grid with products informations and parameters (each group column show the a different number according to group) LAN_POP_GROUPS --> Grid with assigned group to shops FINAL REPORT --> Show desired results according to these critieria: List all product codes for each filiale that are not meeting the minimum quantity for the selected Order Delivery Time date i.e. Delivery Date Time 22/07/2021 Shop Product Code Description Minimum Quantity Ordered Quantity 1 | 65826 | SALE IODATO GROSSO 1KG | 12 | 5 | The code 65826 must be ordered on a quantity => of 12 because shop 1 is added to group B.
