Hello, This will just read a date in from an input box (or cell if you wish) and store that as a date. then it will go through your date column, and simply check if the date is future or past. A working column will be added which will be updated to a 1 or a 2 depending on this. the 2 files are then created, and all the 1s go to the Future file, and all the 2s go to the Pastdue file. The working column is then removed. The dashboard will link either to the workings ot the new Excel file and pull the data in for the reports. I have done a few VBA projects recently, and this sounds very similar. Please let me know if you have any questions Thanks, Arran
