I'm looking for someone who is an expert in Excel that can build me an Excel workbook to calculate cost of call records. Should have 3 sheets. 1: Uploaded CDR 2: Cost Analysts 3: RateDeck Sheet 1 is where we will paste a bunch of call records and will have two columns- Destination, Duration. The Destination cells will contain a 10 digit phone number and the duration will be the xx:xx:xx time the call lasted. Sheet 2 will be the sheet that should do our Cost analysts and will need to have 5 columns- NPANXX, CallCount, Total Duration, InterstateCost, IntrastateCost and it should work like this: Compare each call record in sheet 1 against sheet 3 NPANXX using only the first 6 digits on the phone number. If a match is found, take the duration and add up the total duration for all call records with the same NPANXX match. Once a total of duration is calculated multiple the duration by Interstate and show InterstateCost and then multiple the duration by Intrastate and show IntrastateCost. Sheet 2 should then show the NPANXX, total counts found, total duration of those records and the cost for each interstate and intrastate. Sheet 3 will be our Rate Deck and will contain 3 columns. NPANXX, InterstateRate, IntrastateRate. NPANXX column will contain 6 digits and the two rate tables will include a rate such as [login to view URL] I have attached an excel document with the sheets that we want and the column names. I have also included a few examples in sheet 1 and sheet 3 so that you can see what it will look like. The data is fake so in the sheet I have the cost the same for each column of the rate deck, but this is not how the real sheet will be. Every item will have it's own cost and is close to 200,000 rows of NPANXX. You don't have to worry about that, I will input the rows, I just need you to make a calculation based on any Uploaded CDR and NPANXX that may exist in the sheet. If you believe you can do this task, please bid as we will be picking someone asap. We need this sheet completed in less than 24 hours.

Coding will be designed for very fast processing (200k phone registries) by using arrays instead of excel object during processing and dumping results in one single operation. Hope to work with you.
