However, your tables and relationships are correct but in a recursive relationship Access Relationship Manager cannot do much. What you need here is some very basic VBA that takes SQL query and turns it as a record source to your subform. Let me know if you're interested in working on this together. This is not the way to show all the data associated to one matching key. If you see the join is set on one field (go to design view, select the subform and see the Data tab property) where in you want the data based on two different fields. If you wish to manage this way, we need to apply left join and filter or just filter or union query. Union query won't allow to edit the record where filtering will do but this needs one line of VBA coding to update the key. I can show you over a call. Thanks
