• *Good English writing & speaking skills
• *Maintain US Accounts Receivables & Accounts Payable using QuickBooks; US Payroll
• *Experience in Reconciliation of Payments, Invoices;
• *Interact With Consultants for timesheets.
• *Time sheet to invoicing on weekly, bi-weekly, semi-month and monthly basis using QuickBooks
• Work with Marketing team & Management
• Reconciliation of all accounting related statements
• Following up with consultants time sheets and making sure that they send it on time
• Ensure the billing address of the vendors/clients are in the required format
• Coordinating with the consultants when they change the project and update their location accurately in payroll system
• Should be experienced in drafting emails to vendors, clients and consultants
• Coordinate with the internal sales team before every payroll, to check the status of projects of consultants on billing.
• Working Knowledge of US Payroll
