I want to create a simple file/app that doesn't require excel to be installed to run. I have a simple excel spreadsheet that has 8 different scenario selections which then impact the numbers on the next sheet (Dupont impact tree). The next two sheets are for admin, not required by user. I want to limit the number of scenarios that can be chosen to two of eight (currently they can choose the whole eight). Depending on cost it would be good if the input numbers where changeable by admin. At this stage I need an approximate cost and time to do the job. I have uploaded a nearly finalised version of the spreadsheet so you can understand what it is I'm trying to achieve.
