I will hold a 50th birthday party for 80-100 guests. I have made all preparations, engaged with suppliers, performers, emcee, program, venue, etc. I need an event coordinator who will oversee the event on the actual date itself, so I can relax. The event coordinator will not do anything *before* the event, but only on the date fo the event itself: before, during, and the event to make sure everything is in place, execute my checklist and coordinate things during the party.
