Hi! We're looking for an onsite event manager, on December 2nd 2022, in Sydney AU to manage the artists and liase with the client and with in-house AV, at a corporate event.
This is one of our favourite clients and it's always an incredible night!
You will: meet and greet all artists, ensuring that green rooms are prep'd and that their experience is smooth.
Liase between artists and catering and artists and in-house AV.
Check in, periodically, at set times with the client.
Oversee photography and videography (all individually briefed).
Basically, you'll be the contact point for these parties, all of whom are pretty autonomous. You'll be representing Allegro Black.
It's a fantastic night with a great line-up and an amazing client.
Hourly rate is AUD60 depending on experience. An hour of pre-production (briefing, really) has been factored in.
Call time: 4pm - 12am.
