We are a test prep company, but don’t worry if you don’t know much about the SAT/ACT -- we’ll teach you everything you need to know! We pride ourselves on the quality of our program, our significant results, and amazing customer satisfaction. Enhancing customer satisfaction even more is where you come in!
-Sorting and classifying emails
-Responding to email requests
-Answering the phone and directing customers to the appropriate team member
-Able to work 20 hours per week during our business hours (M-F, 10AM-6PM, EST)
-Commitment to stay on our team for at least a year
-Strong English and communication skills
