Help me to setup Alipay and Wechat-Pay

I am not located in China so its quiet difficult to get an account with Alipay and Wechat to be able to pay on chinese websites. It is necessary to set the accounts to make them usefull for me. Note that I dont have a chinese bankaccount, no chinese creditcard and no chinese passport. But I am able to send payments by a normal bankaccount to china. As I know to set up an account for foreigners is possible in two ways. When you know how to do it and when you will be able to Help even if it gets complicated, please place an offer.
