I am looking for an experienced Dynamics 365 consultant to help with our email tracking issue.
Please note, I am not looking for someone to carry out implementation work, only to design a solution that works. I will pay up to $250 for a report that guides us through a correct implementation.
We have experienced developers here and we will do the config ourselves.
We have some users who have multiple email addresses they need to track from. Each user has a primary mailbox and then a series of Shared Mailboxes in Office 365. They are set up on server-side for their primary email address but we need to find a way to track incoming and outgoing for the shared mailboxes.
We have tried folder tracking but some of our users have a very intricate filing system for their emails and this solution doesn't fit our business need. We have also tried the queue's method but I realised after setting this up this method only tracks incoming emails.
