I am looking for someone to write the code in Octave to give us the Wave Lengths of the cycles of a data array i.e. do Spectrum Analysis.
The code is to be used in a project that another programmer is writing the code for, and the successful programmer for this project will be required to assist the existing programmer interface it into his code
