The fundamental aim of this study is to determine the behavior of concrete consist treated rubber and steel fibers.

During the experiment, four different concrete mixers of M25 were prepared. The first one is the control mix which was made with natural coarse and fine aggregates, cement, and water, while the other three concrete mixes were with the replacement rate of 10%, 20% and 30% of the natural coarse and fine aggregates by used tires .the volume fraction of 1% of steel fibers was used.

The compressive strength, flexural strength, indirect tensile strength and bond capacity of rubberized fiber concrete were investigated experimentally in this project at 7, 14, and 28-days.
