Hi sir i'm a phycisist engineer i do really understand your problem , cause actually those little points(edges)will really generate some noise at output signal or in the recieving. i had designing fractal anthenas printed on PCB (microantenas) with a perfect result ,i can't really show you those ones cause all the design was patented for the university laboratory where i'm working.
