the project is the design of a gimbal platform that is powered by brush less motors via remote control. it will be confined to a 200X200 base . it will be able to rotate 90 degrees in one direction (rotation about its axis) and 55 degrees in another (up and down). a camera will be mounted on top similar to the picture attached but a lot larger scale. the total mass will be of the order of 15 kg.
Required is the full 3D step file (inventor file is preferred) manufacturing drawings . Electrical drawings for the electrical components and bill of material of all electrical components. This job would suit a mechatronics engineer or a 2 man team of 1 mechatronics and mechanical.
Anyone who does not understand geometrical tolerancing need not apply.
You must have a full understanding of the gimbal mechanism to be able to perform this task. You will have to highlight how it will work with a 3D animation using whatever package is at your disposal. Full stress analysis should be carried out with engineering reports , everything that is needed to produce the equipment you have designed must be provided. This project is a long term project and milestones will be agreed upon at the initial start. To win the job you must provide proof of previous jobs.
