Group attendance management with Google Forms and Google Sheets -- 2

I am a counselor that provides group services to about 200 people per week. I have developed attendance sheets in Zoho Forms. However, anytime a name changes, I have to edit the form rules (very time consuming). I want to use a Google Form I have created that takes attendance for five (5) different groups on the same form (different sections). I want the form to link to sheets, where the following information can be obtained for each client: # attended, # absent, #excused, #unexcused, #canceled, %attended, % absent, #sessions remaining. The weekly submitted attendance for each group needs to be emailed to the referring agencies upon submission for each group, each week. I need the # attended, # absent, and #sessions remaining (for each client) to be included in the weekly attendance report. That's the basic elements of this project.
