Hi. I have worked for an r&d company to make led arrays for lighting purposes, designing power supply for limited current control and test it's prototype. I can do this task similarly.

This can be done with relatively simple circuitry. However, I must note that driving all of these LEDs in parallel with no resistors is not advisable. It can be done but any slight variations in the LEDs themselves cannot be accounted for in this configuration. This means that some could pull more current than others varying brightness across the halo. With a bit more information given, I can provide you with a design to accomplish your goal. I can also incorporate some safety overdrive circuitry because depending on your control input, it could be very easy to burn out all 53 LEDs with no resistors. This risk could be mitigated depending on how you are controlling each color channel, whether that be dimmable or static on/off.

Hi, I've just done a very similar project, I can just give you the schema and parts used. It can drive up to 2A (you have 15x53ma=about 800 mA) and already embeds pwm control if you want to reduce light output. BTW, I can also build and test a prototype if you like, so you'll get a 100% working device. Of course you'll have to provide the parts or I'll need to buy the very same devices you plan to use; however this requires some time for having the parts & some extra effort to build it. IMHO is a matter of a week or so but is very dependent from the carriers. Cheers, Alex.
