We have a custom Atmega 2560 Micro controller board, i require a fully functional RTOS to be built to enable all the Input and output using serial commands.

The Firmware requires the following features
Readings from Accelerometer ADXL
Readings from LM35
Manage 12V GPIO all 6 Ports
Manage 5V GPIO All 6 Ports
Manage LED Scroller (4’x6”) Management
Auto Switch over Power Source
Readings from Device Battery Status
Readings of Solar Incoming Voltage Reading
Power Adapter Status (Online/Offline)
Device On/Off Control
Device Reset
we also have a 12v LEDs placed in matrix of 3 Horizontal X 5 Vertical
Please consider this as a reference.. this is 3 Rows(Horizontal) and 5 Columns(Vertical)
need the following presets
1st Preset - Blink entire 1st Column with the delay of 500ms, followed by 2nd,3rd, 4th, and 5th Column ....... Repeat until Off
2nd Preset - Blink all the 5X3 LEDs 2 Times with the delay of 500ms and follow the 1st Preset ....... Repeat until Off
3rd Preset- Blink 1st Row repeat the same followed by 2nd and 3rd Row, ....... Repeat until Off
4th Preset - Blink 1st Row 2 Times Row repeat the same followed by 2nd and 3rd Row, ....... Repeat until Off
5th Preset - Blink 3rd Row, followed by 2nd Row and 1st Row
6th Preset - Blink only 1st Row with the delay of 250ms for each blink and repeat with 750ms delay (Like Heart Beat)

would be happy to assist you in completing the project. if you can wait a little, as I am currently working on teo other projects. you dont need a rtos for this, a good task scheduler with thread like modular code will do.
