I'm really interested in this project. Regarding this design I will: 1- Design mechanical system that can retract up to 20 feet holding 30X zooming camera. the mechanical system has switch to control the height of the camera. and it is powered by caple to the car 12V. also there are motors at the top to control the angle of the camera. 2- I would prefer using video camera powered by the car and connected to tablet in side the car. for live streaming. What I offer is a design supported with all files required for manufactring and Bill of materials for all other components. Hello sir. I'm a mechatronics engineering student ( final year ) . And I can help you with that. the app is ok .. a good idea but, I suggest using a touch screen (to be in the car) to guid the driver and take orders from him(to zoom and control it) as the app requires your phone to have internet connection as long as you drive and to be well charged too and a traffic policeman will catch you using the phone and if you go with your car in poor net connection your cam 'd be useless so i suggest wifi connection or bluetooth or even wires(to connect the cam with the screen ) and if somebody else (not the owner) drives your car, he should have the app to get benefit of the cam. we can also use sensors (smok or motion or tem,PIR) and we can make it connected to headphones or speakers to guid the driver directly . so you should check your design and ask yourself what you want and look at the options you have and select the most practical and efficient and lowest cost and do the purpose of its use . My proposal is 5000 $ if we made the deal it here and 4500 $ if we made it through direct contact and that's because the (freelancer.com) takes 10% fees (so you will pay them 500 $) so here or direct I'm ok with both of them. that includes component selection, programming,app design,procedures for assembling, and a prototype if the components were provided and that will be done in 20 days(maybe more).
