Searching for customer service rep to handle emails and questions about order and product inquires for ecommerce store. Rep will need to efficiently resolve all customer inquiries with minimal assistance. Rep must also be able to reply to and moderate Facebook comments and messages timely. A reliable and consistent internet connection is needed as well as good English (Written and spoken) . Previous experience and knowledge of providing service for ecommerce store is preferred.
