I am currently working as a Customer Service Officer in one of the Authorized Service Providers of Apple, Inc. in the Philippines. Daily job includes:
- Facilitates screening and receiving of customer product/s that require post-sales service.
- Promptly provides accurate feedback to technical inquiries of customers.
- Identifies customer complains and documents all pertinent data.
- Handles daily inbound and outbound calls and Email correspondence related to pre and after sales/repair activities of each product.
I have experience as a:
- Technical Support Representative in a BPO industry, handled Comcast and Directv.
- Microsoft Word and Excel
- Google Sheets
- Data Entry
I don't have any experience yet with product listing, but I have watched and learned from Youtube on how to do product listing in Poshmark. I am willing to learn and to be trained for Amazon, Shopify, Ebay, Alibaba etc.
