Build a Floor plan

Hi there, I am pretty new to Freelancer website, however this work extremely sparked my interest and it seems an excellent match with full range of my qualities. I am dynamic design architect currently working in a design firm in Melbourne. I have been always fascinated by various arts and keen to discover innovative ideas. In the past few years, I undertook few architecture and design placements, which gave me valuable work experience in private and public construction sector. I worked closely with leading architects and clients to understand their visions, communicated the ideas through drafting a series of drawings, renderings, presentations and models, and assisted with preparation of environmental analysis, construction information and technical data - involved with every project from very early stage to final completion. Working in several firms and taking part in various projects, not only let me gain an insight and understanding of architecture and design, but also it has further enabled me to develop other substantial abilities such as multitasking, working under pressure and meeting all targets along with deadlines. It is because I have experiences in handling residential projects in making floor plan done based on what the client expect. I am so familiar using AutoCAD program and editing the floor plan with my graphic design skill (see my portfolio). Furthermore, I live in the Melbourne area that is close with the client. I am a qualified Structural Civil Engineer and Architect. I believe I have the necessary experience as I have done this sort of work for years. I also do 3D modelling, which is complementary and you don't need pay for that. I am also local and have designed a lot of the homes in Annadale, Craigieburn and the northern suburbs.
