I have relevant experience - Employee monitoring system: TimeSync https://www.freelancer.com/projects/software-architecture/creating-windows-clock-clock-out/ The past project was very similar and it asked users whenever he didn't work (mouse move/keyboard press) for a predefined time and it showed up a dialog with predefined categories.
