If you're smart, driven & want to make a difference in the world, you'll fit right in. ** URL: [login to view URL] ** Address: Magneto CleanTech Private Limited,The Founders Cafe,Plot No.2, Shambhu Dayal Marg, NSIC Estate, Okhla Phase III, Okhla Industrial Area, New Delhi, Delhi 110020 Responsibilities and Duties Manage daily administrative tasks to ensure the Marketing department runs smoothly Have experience with LinkedIn Marketing and Email Marketing Create reports on marketing and sales metrics, like conversion rates Assist with organizing promotional events Coordinate with the Marketing Design and Content teams to create advertising material (e.g. brochures and newsletters) Keep organized records of marketing metrics and results of past campaigns Monitor competitors' marketing activities Assist in overseeing all company social media and posts (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and Twitter) management. Coordinates with the agencies coming with BTL opportunity. Assist in making sure of social media presence. Monitors and develops reports on competitor activity within social media spaces. Work closely with the sales team and make notes of customer behavior and buying cycle. Assist in creating a social media strategy. Required Experience and Qualifications 2 Years of proven experience in successful LinkedIn Marketing Campaigns, social media, and Email Marketing Campaigns. Proven work experience as a Marketing Associate/Marketing Assistant or similar role. Knowledge of marketing digital tools and techniques. Prior experience with driving marketing projects with marketing agencies preferred. Applicants with Marketing Portfolio preferred. Solid computer skills, including MS Excel, SMM, and Google Adwords. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong analytical skills with a goal-oriented attitude. Degree in Marketing or relevant field.
