I need an mobile apps designers

My name is Sean and I'm working in a mobile solutions company. I’d like to seek for a mobile apps designer to design a mobile apps for me since I’m not good in designs. I already developed a prototype apps called "travel-sim” that allow the end-user to make call and send SMS (similar like whatsapp) upon abroad. Apart of that, the end-user can view the Pricing & Plan offered, Supported Countries/Coverage, Purchase DID number, FAQ and About. It would be great if the apps will provide a wizards for 1st time sign-up, included OTP for activation as well. Once service activation, the end-user will obtain an individual Account Profile in my apps. They can check the Account Status, Credit Balance, Transaction History, Purchase Credits History, Apply Promo Code/Voucher, Refer Friends, User Guide, Select Languages, Payment Method and Logout from my apps. Beside that, I want the end-user to be able to create, edit, save and delete Contact though the contact page. In short, I wants to have 5 tabs in total inside my apps. (1. Home, 2. Call, 3. Message, 4. Contact, 5. Account) Upon project completion, I would expect the designer to provide an entire design outcomes such as page layout, graphic icon, images for all android and IOS smartphone (i.e. normal, small, large, extra large), style used, font used, dimension and colour scheme. For Android I’d prefer it in XML file format, while for the IOS, I’d prefer it to be in storyboard. Welcome designers who are interested! Cheers!
