Hello there I assume you are using SQL server not Mysql . I think first thing is to determine what is the reason for the slow queries . Then later we can set up monitoring . Could be needing indexes , or the amount of data from the queries could be really huge . Thanks

Hi, I used to work according to USA timings but availabe round the clock because used to work from home. I've been working on MySQL and SQL databases with more then 60GB size since 8 years. I also faced similar issues and queries used to take about 20 seconds to execute. I resolved it very well and now they are taking about 5 seconds in average. I can reduce it further by adding more resources to our dedicated server but my client find this time reasonable. I'm very well aware of these kind of problems. I used to work at home and available most of time. Emergencies are always welcome and don't midn to come to PC any time.
