Teach me Machine Learning right start from data preprocessing till cross validation -- 2

i am a python developer and i did develop many project in python and i use machine learning libraries to build intelligent applications like keras, TensorFlow and Scikit learn and graph lab in python, i have vast experience in python, and i also i have experience in R working with caret library

I have been in machine learning sector from a long time and as I am a student currently and had been taught by some really talented professors I could possibly help you in a best possible way, I can share some really helpful notes that you might not find anywhere. I have strong conceptual knowledge of Machine learning and stuffs so it will be really helpful for you to get some strong intuition how things work behind the screen and how can you manipulate them. First of all, why you want to learn in R, it is only for academic purpose. My advice would be to start with python, as most production machine learning systems use python. Although I can give you the session in R.
