Finish Redesign of Homepage

Our company is looking for someone to finish the redesign of our home page. We already have the general page layout that we like, (see link) but would like a few more changes to be made to it as well, then to have the page actually made. We are looking for a company to use on a long term basis to help change the pages throughout our site.

After finishing the design of the new page, you would need to cut it to HTML and integrate it into our site via our development environment. We are looking to have this done within 5 days from when the project is accepted. You must be a good communicator and able to respond to emails throughout the business day EST.

Here are the changes that need to be made:

The design changes are as follow:

-The testimonial images. We would like something more generic like a talk bubble icon, or possibly a generic image of a man or woman's shadow image, something like that instead of an actual photo.

-The registration box header that is grey, we would like changed to a brighter color, either the blue, or one of the orange colors, with the letters a bolder color. We would also like the 'Register Me' button centered in the registration box.

-For the individual jobs, we need the pencil image with the date and 'by Jainder' removed
