Seeking a virtual assistant, located in the United States, Canada or Mexico (North America time-zone). She will be reporting to CEO of new food startup in San Diego, CA : [login to view URL] On-going monthly project. Tasks will include: - Drafting and answering Emails - Completing Forms and Documents online - Customer Support and Managing Key Accounts. - Writing Company Memos - Market Research and Data Analysis (Food Industry) - Creating Power Point Presentations - Creating Excel files and spreadsheets - Coordinate agenda and manage other team members - Answering phone calls as "receptionist" of office. Skills: - Great written communications skills (English) - Positive attitude and always available to help - Disciplined, trustworthy, dependable and super-well organized - Understands Graphic Design and packaging - Appreciates natural and organic foods. - Creative and enjoys to have fun at work!
