Job Description Sales Support/Admin Officer Pay Rate: $2usd/h 1st and possibly 2nd mo during training $3usd/h 2nd or 3rd mo and thereafter Further raises based on performance About us Steelorama International Pty Ltd is a small but growing company. It has been operating for 13 years and comprises two businesses at present. Business 1 is Simple Weddings ([login to view URL]). We conduct legal weddings in Australia, much like a Town Hall wedding. Business 2 is Telephone Audio Magic ([login to view URL]) and we create “On-Hold” phone messages and IVR (Interactive Voice Recordings) for phone systems. Job Description This role involves helping our sales teams to achieve great results, by assisting the Sales Manager with various tasks. The job also involves helping the company as whole, through various general Admin duties. Sales Department Tasks include: • Prepare and update KPI graphs • Data Mining • Phoning customers based on various criteria such as reminding them about events and event requirements. • Being aware of events, key dates and ensuring all relevant staff and customers are informed and interacting with these accurately And more… General Admin Tasks include: • Data and Document checking • Data Entry • Keep CRM tidy and accurate • Prepare and sort out paperwork ahead of events and distribute within the organization And more… Position Requirements • Experience in an admin role • Spelling accuracy • A good eye for fine details • A perfectionist • Passionate about being organized • A well-performing desk-based PC environment • Ethernet (LAN) connected Internet connection with 8x8 VoIP Test results attached that can be done in internet explorer at [login to view URL] • A quiet, professional environment in which to work • Reliability • Dedication to a long-term career • Willingness to learn and grow (which is rewarded!)
