We are a creative digital marketing agency worked with poplar brands like Microsoft, Bacardi, TRT World, AJ+, Al Jazeera, SaaStr, Axiata Group, etc. About the Job: =============== As a Virtual Assistant, you will be responsible for the following tasks: - Respond to emails and phone calls when needed - Schedule meetings - Online research - Book travel and accommodations - Manage a contact list - Prepare customer spreadsheets and keep online records - Organize calendar - Perform market research - Sending and physical mails & invoices - Promotional activities: Sending marketing materials - Address employees administrative queries - Follow up with the prospects and leads - Provide customer service as first point of contact Location =============== USA, Canada and UK only Requirements: =============== As the title says, we’re looking for a “Rockstar Virtual Assistant” and this doesn’t mean anybody… You must satisfy all of the following requirements to be considered for this job: - A fast and stable Internet connection - Great personality with confidence and positive attitude - Computer and Google Suite (Google Doc, Google Sheets, etc) proficiency - Experience using communication tools like Skype and Slack. - Outstanding organizational and time management skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload - Strong sense of responsibility and ability to complete tasks with minimal supervision - Excellent verbal and written communications skills - Punctual - Strong attention to detail
