Welcome to my excel project.
It’s a sheet tracking sheet, tracking the performance on the production of social assets
- 1 company making social assets
- divided into four departments making their social assets
- production takes place by fixed production menus A to F
The tracker should show
- How well each production menu performed in budget / turnaround / timely delivery / briefing quality
- How well each production menu performed in total
- and so how well each department performed
- and so how well each menu item performed
- and so how the while company performed
Tab project:
Yellow data to be filled in at project start, and and project delivery
Section “report’ below should show the calculations as described in the sheet

Showing the unique elements fore menu items A to F (not to be changed but used for calculation)
The full sheet shows more-or-less 78 field which need to have a proper formula
From this 78, more-or-less 15 are unique fields [login to view URL] others will be duplicates from the original formula but referring to another field
Project reward: Wednesday march 27 15:00 Amsterdam time
Project completion: Friday march 29 15:00 Amsterdam time
Please offer fixed price, including hourly rate for revisions needed when scope changes
