We will be looking for a motivated and experienced executive assistant with experience in dealing with B2B clients.
Our small consultancy and agency deals with smaller and bigger businesses and you need to be confident in diary management, interacting with clients via email, CRM or when necessary telephone. Support will include general administration, coordination of tasks / to do lists and issuing reminders etc.

Tasks would include: appointment scheduling, diary management, general admin tasks and related activities. You should be extremely organised and be very professional when representing our business in any form of communication.
Your written and spoken English should be impeccable, as will be your ability to use calendars, word processing, spreadsheets and online CRM systems.
Because we have an easy to use online client system and cloud based file sharing, location is not a problem. It is important that your location overlaps with UK business hours for at least 2 hours per day. For the 4 weeks leading up to the 21st of December we would expect about 1.5 hours of work 3 times a week (4.5 to 5 hours per week total, flexible). The most important thing for me is reliability. If we agree something is going to be done or followed up, I should be able to rely on that.
